This notice explains what personal data the ledgerrocket.com website handles, why, and the rights you have over it. It covers the website only. Data processed inside the Ledger Rocket platform for customers is governed by the customer agreement.

Who we are

This website is operated by Universal Fintech Solutions Ltd, trading as Ledger Rocket, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16298068, with its registered office at First Floor, 5 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RD, United Kingdom (VAT number GB 496 634 835). We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What this website collects

On ledgerrocket.com, we use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies. It helps us understand page visits and website use. We send the page address and title, browser and device information, and a cookie-based identifier to Google. We remove query strings and fragments from the page address and referrer we configure. Advertising signals and advertising consent remain disabled. The website has no forms of its own.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page and time). We use them only to keep the site secure and available, and we do not combine them with other data about you.

Fonts and images are served from this site. Before you accept analytics, no Google Analytics script or collection request is sent. If you accept, your browser contacts Google, which receives connection information including your IP address. Google may process data outside the UK; see Google's privacy policy. Our legal basis for optional analytics is your consent.

Your cookie choice

You can accept or reject analytics with the same ease. Use the Cookie settings button on any production page to change your choice. We remember your choice in the necessary lr_analytics_consent cookie for 180 days. If accepted, Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_W3QLCNT9N0) expire after 180 days, refreshed when used. Rejecting analytics stops collection and removes these cookies. Private previews and local copies do not run analytics or set these cookies.

When you book a demo

"Book a demo" links open Calendly, a scheduling service run by a third party under its own privacy policy. The name, email address and company you enter there reach us so that we can arrange, hold and follow up the demo. We keep those details in our customer relationship system for as long as we are in contact with you about Ledger Rocket, and we do not sell them or use them for advertising.

Other third-party links

Links to our trust centre, to LinkedIn and to the sites of our investors take you to services run by other organisations. Their privacy notices apply once you are there.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email legal@ledgerrocket.com and we will respond within one month.

You can also complain to your data protection authority. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Governing law

This notice is governed by the law of England and Wales.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the website changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
