This notice explains what personal data the ledgerrocket.com website handles, why, and the rights you have over it. It covers the website only. Data processed inside the Ledger Rocket platform for customers is governed by the customer agreement.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What this website collects

The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It has no forms of its own.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page and time). We use them only to keep the site secure and available, and we do not combine them with other data about you.

Fonts, scripts and images are served from this site. Opening a page here does not send a request to a third party.

When you book a demo

"Book a demo" links open Calendly, a scheduling service run by a third party under its own privacy policy. The name, email address and company you enter there reach us so that we can arrange, hold and follow up the demo. We keep those details in our customer relationship system for as long as we are in contact with you about Ledger Rocket, and we do not sell them or use them for advertising.

Other third-party links

Links to our trust centre, to LinkedIn and to the sites of our investors take you to services run by other organisations. Their privacy notices apply once you are there.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email legal@ledgerrocket.com and we will respond within one month.

You can also complain to your data protection authority. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

This notice is governed by the law of England and Wales.
